It only took, what, 6 months? But it looks like spring is finally here. It was in the 70s here in NYC which made errands and basic being indoorsness very very difficult. Of course, despite the fact that it's in the 70s, the heat is still on in my apartment. Gotta love apartment dwelling!!!
I succeeded in finally finding a pair of shoes to wear with the bridesmaid dress I'll wear at my sister's wedding. Wish I could find a photo of it, but I can't so you'll just have to take my word for it that these things are cool. Now let's just hope they actually match the dress.
I wasted most of my Saturday morning watching coverage of the Prince Charles and Camilla wedding - God I love that stuff!! Camilla's dress was absolutely gorgeous. If I was going to marry the Prince, I'd wear that too. Good choice Camilla! But what was up with those hats? I love hats, very classy...but some of the women were wearing things that looked like they'd fallen head first into a pile of hay.
Saturday night? Was SUPPOSED to go out with a bunch of comics from the comedy class I took last year. I'd arranged a mini-reunion. Guess who showed up?? NO ONE! Just me and this other guy. Ended up being a really awesome night, and I'd like to thank everyone for bailing on me so I got to go on a date with a great guy without it actually being a date. I think it's called stealth dating. That's a subject for another day I think.
As a follow up to Friday's post...2 guys from class have called and asked to rehearse scenes with me this weekend. Something tells me they're secretly hoping for a reenactment if you know what I'm sayin'. Gosh, if I'd known I could get this kind of reaction I would have started removing clothing years ago!!
