I hate spring.
I know, probably not the response you were expecting on this gorgeous, sunny "sweet Lord why am I sitting indoors" day, but along with the flowers and trees in bloom come about 2 weeks of feeling like I've stuck my head in a bag of cotton balls and am trying to breathe.
I'm bugged because a) I've never had allergies before and b) I'm tired of sounding like Fran Drescher. Not that I have a problem with her, she's great! It's just I don't think you should sound like Fran Drescher if you're NOT Fran Drescher. And you probably should not be using Frank Drescher three times in a paragraph. Oh. Make that four.
Just heard that the horror flick Amityville was the most popular movie this weekend. Yes, Ryan Reynolds is the hottest thing since hot sliced bread and normally I would see ANYTHING he's in, I'm gonna have to pass on this one. I hate scary movies - I'm the person who watched Sixth Sense in the middle of the day with all the lights on and STILL got the heebee jeebees.
But back to allergies. Anybody else enduring this as well? I know I'm not the only one, because Duane Reede is plum out of Kleenex and Tylonol Allergy. Excuse me, I have to go sneeze again.

My allergy fun is mostly late summer around here. But even Dave (allergyman himself) has been doing pretty well. Hooray for rhinocort whole house electronic filters!
