Poor Beyonce

If you're having a bad day, just remind yourself that at least you're not hated by the French. Apparently fame and musical talent don't go far to protect you from the entire European community who apparently did not like Beyonce's rendition of Vois Sur Ton Chemin during last month's Oscar night performance:

"Beyonce singing in French - it sounds like she's crooning in Chinese. I swear to God, to French people it was like being stabbed in the heart."

So not only has this person quoted insulted Beyonce, she's also insulted the Chinese. Zut alors.

I just got invited to come in and audition for a film role that specifies there is a scene where I need to be in my underwear. I have fantastic underwear (thank you Victoria Secret) and we're working on the whole "overweight" myth over here, so I don't have a problem with the prospects of appearing on screen in what amounts to a swim suit. What do you think? Is this a role I should turn down? Or do you say go for it?
