Just finished paying my taxes. Oooof. That's all I have to say. I usually owe the government money each time this year, which is fine with me. But a little hard to write this check when I know what some of the money is going to. Check this link out: you can even see what it's costing your city. Very sobering.
When my tax preparer asked me if I wanted to make a donation to the presidential election fund, I just laughed at him. "Please stop laughing ma'am, you're causing a scene."
Keep your fingers crossed, submitted another submission packet to my dream job. The prospects of a steady paying job couldn't come at a better time. Oh, and as an update to that underwear acting job I asked you all about last week...I go in on Thursday for my audition. Time to do some laundry.
