It's all about the honeymoon

My FH (that's future husband in blog speak) and I have been discussing honeymoon ideas. Well, by discussing I mean "wouldn't it be cool if the economy didn't suck so we could seriously consider going to Europe?" Obviously right now we're in discussion/research mode, which is the coolest mode to be in. Because it's before you find out that a 8 night stay in Scottish historic castle could cost as much as your sister spent on her wedding.

So today's cool find is Fiji which came about - and I'm dead serious here - because we were talking about the water. Yes, that's right, the bottled water. A bottled water brought up the idea of where to spend our first week to ten days as a married couple. I just thank God we don't like Deer Park because I heard their scuba diving sucks.
Anyway I found this little resort and we're going to check it out. It's proported to be an environmental place...they collect rain water to do laundry, that kind of thing. And they have honeymoon packages that involve your own private bungalow on the beach. Of course, I could just ask to stay at my grandmother's beach house in North Carolina for free, but somehow that's just not quite the same. Beyond the price we have to decide if a 10 hour flight from Los Angeles, a 2 hour drive from the airport in Fiji AND a short boat ride to the island is worth it.
I also have to go figure out if Fiji Water will be the corporate sponsor of my honeymoon, I mean, this was their idea afterall.
