I love class

Update on my Spike TV audition - I never got called yesterday so it looks like I didn't make a callback or book the thing. Who knows I might hear something today, but since the project films Sunday it's not likely if I haven't heard by now. Too bad, it would have been a total blast to play Steven Segal's 4th grade teacher in a flashback scene. (The audition was for a Spike TV promo for their upcoming Steven Segal marathon weekend. Wait. It's Spike TV. Isn't every weekend a Steven Segal marathon??)

Anyway it's all good because my writing class finally started last night and I think I'm going to love it!! The teacher is a working writer/director, and there are 7 students in the class (up from 4 people a couple weeks ago...hmm, wonder why we delayed the start...to get more students?) But it doesn't matter because I think I'm gonna love it. Which is a good thing considering how much I'm paying!! Maybe it's premature to say "this is awesome". But.....this is awesome.
