Yep...it's my birthday!! Hey, I only get to say that once a year so I'm going to enjoy it.
Speaking of enjoying it...yesterday was my first official day as the office manager at the New York office of Environmental Defense. What did I enjoy, getting all the information about the benefits package. The coolest thing is that they are counting my previous 2 years of service in the formula they use for the retirement investment plan...meaning that by August I will be fully invested in the plan and they will increase the matching percentage on plan contributions. This is awesome! I thought I was essentially starting over and would have to work another 3 years before I got this advantage!! Now I just gotta fill out all this paper work.
Okay...time to go see if I have any grey hair.
