Okay - so as of 6:17pm the train dudes and dudettes still haven't struck. Stricken? Striked? Anyway, they're still arguing and there is the potential for the strike to actually happen next week so at least we have that to look forward to. So to all the MTA workers who read my site..I'm sure they must number in the millions...thanks for listening to my plea to not strike. I'm so glad you considered my position during the negotiation process. (This posting has been brought to you by the word sarcasm.)
Just spent the afternoon up in Harlem with my friend Carolyn, the comic/mom and her wee bairn Adriana. Here's some photos of me grinning like a fool, and check out the new hair color too! My hair color that is, not the kid's.
