One week until she becomes a Mrs.!!

In exactly one week my little sister is getting married. Yes, that's her and Matt, her fiance, there on the left. Apparently Christina got the super model gene in my family.

So please note that this means there will be no Funny Things blogging for a solid week. What do you want from me? I'll be busy with Maid of Honor duties, and more importantly, my parents have sporadic dial-up service, so there is no way I'm battling that. Don't worry, I'll have lots of stories and hopefully photos to make up for that the following week.

Had another audition last night - ooh look at me, 2 in one week!! That's definitely a first. Of course, that just means I'll be able to be rejected twice in one week too. The audition last night was for a play - a theatrical version of the Mists of Avalon story (King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, told from the female perspective.)

I was reading for the lead...and get ready boys, because if I get cast, the role calls for a brief topless scene. Oh yeah...I'm just one step from working at a strip club. Not sure how I'll actually deal with that if it works out for me to get this part. Ahhh the things we do for art right?

The show doesn't go up until February, so that will give me just enough time to get rid of the "I'm with stupid" tattoo I have on my shoulder.

I'm kidding. I don't have a tattoo that says that.

It actually is the Chinese symbol for "I love Krispy Kreme donuts".
