Fine, don't put me on tv. See if I care.

I hope none of you tried to catch my televised debut on Friday night. MTV2's new sketch/prank show called "Stankervision" didn't air my particular scene. Maybe it will make the cut next week, but I'm not holding my breath.

I am going in today for an audition for a beer commercial. The premise is a bunch of office workers sitting at a bar, making sarcastic comments about their jobs. Of COURSE they called me in to audition, I've been rehearsing that part for YEARS! I'll let you know how it goes. It would be awesome to book that, and the script is absolutely hilarious.

I found out about a really interesting organization over the weekend that you should check out. Soldier's Angels is a non-profit that matches up soldiers with people who will write letters to them and send the occasional care package. So many of these guys don't get mail from home, and if you can pick up a pen and have some paper and 37 cents for stamp, I highly recommend looking into this and doing something. The organization also sends bags of supplies to the military hospitals for injured soldiers. When someone is injured and transported to a hospital, it usually takes a few days for that person's stuff to catch up with them. These bags give them a few items to tide them over until their baggage arrives. Please check it out.
