Back to reality

I'm back. Vacation in Denver was so nice. Good weather (i.e. not humid). Did fun stuff with my parents (i.e. point out all the mansions with yards and gardens and butlers that are more affordable than a NYC studio.) And I'm officially hooked on Suduko puzzles. I should be hooked on writing or acting. But no, I am hooked on figuring out how a 3x3 grid works out to hold the numbers 1-9.

Had the incredible chance to meet Molly Bloom's mom. I tried to twice to meet Molly but she was either asleep, with doctors, or moving to rehab each time I tried. But it was such an honor to meet Mrs. Bloom who has been maintaining the blog (and her composure) since May when the accident happened. It's such an inspiring story, if you haven't read her blog please do.

I would actually like all my coworkers to read it, because then they will learn why I get so freakin' annoyed when they complain about stupid stuff. This girl practically died and is surviving, and YOU'RE bitching about your office being too cold!? I'm going to put a picture of Molly up in my office..if your problem is worse than Molly's please, come and complain. Otherwise, SHUT UP. God, wouldn't it be cool if I could do that.

Can you tell I'm just thrilled to be back in NY and back to work?

In all seriousness I had a wonderful time in Denver, and am now reinvigorated and ready to tackle some new writing projects.

Now if I could only finish my old ones.
