It's official - I am ready for Christmas. I got confirmation that the last of my on-line shopping was delivered to my parent's house, so now all I have to do is get through the next 5 days and I'll be ready to go home and wait for Santa. I don't mean to gloat, but I'm pretty pleased I got the things done I wanted done before the holidays. Of course, there is always more...I would have liked to do more hand made gifts, I would have liked to baked more and hand stamped my cards like I usually do, but 2006 was a pretty busy year and well, there's just some things you have to delete off the to do list. In the end it's really not about how much stuff you make or give or get, it's about spending time with the people who you love (or at least who you are obligated to mildly tolerate due to genetics or marriage :)
ps. This is my Christmas Tree. In your face Rockefeller!
