Sometimes you just need some pumpkin pie

Last night, after having dinner with my college band director (who hasn't changed a bit!), I walked back to my hotel. For the second night in a row I passed a great restaurant and even though it would a) make it a late night and b) sort of NOT on my eating plan for the week, I stopped in for a delicious slice of pumpkin pie and a drink. YumMEE! It was so worth it. Don't worry, I'm back on track today, and will hit the gym again. But I gotta tell you, sometimes you just need to eat dessert.

indeed! there is always time (and space) for dessert! unless you have a cholesterol level of 7.4 then it's time to ease up, baby! enjoy! but gym!
