Okay so my big fun news is that I may be on television in Denver, CO on December 27th with my dad! As all of you know (all 3 of you who actually read this) my parents own a great little store in Denver. And the "garden guy" from our local ABC affiliate (or CBS or NBC or whoever owns Channel 9 now) is coming to the store to interview my dad about plants. My connection is that about er...seven years ago, when I was in second grade..the "garden guy" came to my class to talk to us about plants during our science class. So my dad mentions this and tells him about me, and now the garden guy wants me to be on camera too! It's only gonna be a 2-3 minute max interview, but it's gonna be one of those live remote shots so I gotta jam in as much product endorsement as possible.
I'll wear a tshirt with my blog address on it, a huge "eat at KFC" cowboy hat, get VISA tattoos on my arms...drink a Coke THEN a Starbucks, all the time talking about how great United Airlines is. Despite the fact that they lost my sister's luggage right before her wedding. Oh man, it's gonna be sweet.
Dad will be so proud.
ps. I met Al Gore today. No joke! More on that tomorrow.
