No, I'm not dead.

Yeesh. Over a week of zero posts? What's wrong with me? Just busy as crap and wondering where in the hell May went I guess.

I just spent the morning 3-hole punching and binding the scripts for my reading this weekend. Yes, after 5 months of writing, rewriting, rewriting the rewrites and then changing things back to what I had originally written in the first place, my movie script is finally ready for a reading. A group of great actors and friends are volunteering there time to sit around a table and read the script outloud. This helps the writer (that's me) figure out what jokes are working or what plot lines need clarification. Plus it's supposed to rain this weekend so it's not like I have anything better to do. Of course now I have to figure out how to get over 20,000 pages of scripts to the studio plus a tray of food. Because you know how I roll...where Gayle is, so is the food.

Spent last weekend in beee-ooootiful Rochester, NY helping my sister address wedding invitations and other wedding related activities. In a couple weeks my aunt will host the shower so that means I have to start coming up with some funny and clever and non embarrassing games to play since my mother, the groom's mother, several aunts and a grandmother will be in attendence. Not exactly a good time to bring in a stripper. Which reminds me...note to self, call male stripper to cancel order.

Also going a little stir crazy with my job search. I'm signed up with a couple temp companies, and am hoping to be back to work next week. Well...not HOPING exactly.

Now quit reading blogs and go outside. It's spring!!!!!!!!!!!
