Morning meetings

I am kind of dreading an offsite meeting I have to go to. I don't even know why I have to go in the first place. The transit program we use at work where you buy subway cards and vouchers with pretax dollars is changing and somehow since I am the one who administers the program for the office, I have to go to this presenation. I guess I'm resentful because I don't know why I'm administering it in the first place - it's an HR thing and should be handed by them - and second of all today is my last day in the office until the 12th and I have better things to do than sit in a conference room for 2 hours learning about the new program. Egggh. And you can bet there won't be anything good I can eat other than old coffee.

I guess I shouldn't look at it that way...I should see it as an opportunity to...um...an...um...yeah, it's boring ass meeting that I have to go to. And there's just no good way to spin that.

On the bright side, off to DC tomorrow!!!!!!!!!
