Today was the day - 11 months in the making. No, not my wedding day, but the day the big corporate event I manage started! I flew in today and will spend the rest of the week, stressing out, answering dumb questions, praying no one notices various forgotten details. I can't wait for this to be over, but I know I'll have major event planning withdrawal once it's over.
Thank God I have an even bigger event to prepare for - exactly 9 months away. (Wedding, not the other 9 month thing...wouldn't that just be the icecream on the pie to add THAT to my life right now??)
If I have time to update this blog on all the insanity that happened last week with my reception location I'll update. Otherwise, I'll be back the week of the 19th!
