It's effervescent.

Okay... I don't know what is in this stuff, but Airborne is my curent drug of choice. Yesterday I woke up with what I knew was going to come on as the same cold that my roommate, 3 of my office mates, and one of my actor friends has had this week. Sore throught, conjestion, I was a walking cold meds commercial. I took this Airborne stuff all day (one table every 3 hours!) And this morning? Just a little scratchy throat. No sniffles, nothing. I swear by this stuff (well, that and sleep and tea and OJ and washing my hands) and maybe all this stuff is sugar water, but if you are sick, or think you might be, start taking this stuff now. My friend in Vegas says the stores can't keep it on their shelves because it's so popular there. And anything that has a Kevin Costner endorsement has to be good right? “Look, Airborne is great. I wouldn't go on a movie set without it; it's on my plane and in my house.” It's on his plane people. Deep.

Meanwhile I'm 75% leaning towards the screenwriting program I told you about yesterday. Waiting on some more feedback from one of my writing coaches who went through it himself.

Another cool random thing? My friend Noah Murphy from comedy days called me this morning! This is one of the few people I know who I can go 6 months without hearing from, then he'll pick up the phone and it'll be like we never missed a beat. I love that!

I just found out we get to go home at 3pm today - weekend starts early!! And don't worry, I'm staying alert on the subways. What a way to start the weekend.
