Hi faithful readers. What can I say...it's been nearly 2 months without one single blog? You can only imagine what my workload/life has been like for me to not even post one simple "I'm not dead yet" blurb.
Which is essentially what this is. I'm off again soon for another trip. This time the annual staff retreat at beautiful Stonewall Resort . I know it looks fantastic but for the next 3 days most of it will spent indoors as I prepare for the staff talent show.
I'm nervous about this year since everyone has such high expectations based on my performance last year. I haven't performed since last year!! I've written material but I don't know if it's as funny. I know it will be fine, but still, a little nerve wracking until the show's over on Wednesday.
To bring you up to speed since April (that's so embarrassing!) I've met and been dating an absolutely wonderful man, I've been rewriting another script, and oh yes, working more than full time. I'm really glad that after this week my life calms down again. No more big trips (unfortunately I blew my year's vacation in March on the cruise) and no more massive projects. Thank goodness, because I'm not sure how much longer I could keep up this manic, non-blogging pace!
